Refund policy

Right to withdraw within 14 days

As a consumer you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. To do so, send a statement to our support team with your order number. Return the calendar within 14 days of that statement. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

The calendar should be returned complete. If doors were opened or items used beyond what is needed to inspect them, we may reduce the refund by the lost value.

Complaints

If your calendar is damaged, faulty or not as described, email a photo to our support team. We'll replace it or refund you. We reply to complaints within 14 days.

Cancelling before shipping

You can cancel at any time before the order ships: tell the manager on the call, or email us your order number.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your statement, by bank transfer to the account you give us. We may wait until we receive the returned item.
