Free delivery with DHL

We deliver within Poland with DHL, free of charge. At checkout you choose a DHL pick-up point or parcel locker on the map, or delivery by courier to your address.

When your order ships

After you place an order, our manager calls you to confirm the details. We ship after this confirmation and the manager will tell you the expected delivery date.

Paying on delivery

You pay by Cash on delivery, when you collect the parcel from the courier or at the DHL point.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, send a photo to our support team within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll reship it or refund you.
